ResQware ambulance checklists are designed to list every item on board an EMS vehicle. As you can see each supply is listed by location on board the vehicle. The required number for each supply is listed with an input box for the amount needed to meet the requirement.
The checklist can be filled at the beginning of a shift, the end of a shift, or after each run. Whatever meets the needs of your company.
The checklist begins with a set of required questions including crew information and vehicle checks that make certain all the essential EMS vehicle functions are in working order.
The information is sent as a formatted email with each supply location as a header (bag, cabinet, box, etc.) and the requested supplies listed below each header.
